Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students attending Old Dominion University majoring in the Arts/Fine Arts with an emphasis on painting or drawing. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a citizen of the U.S. or Israel. Students must submit a portfolio and file the FAFSA prior to February 15. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
