Annual award for undergraduate junior who will be a senior during award year attending Missouri State University full-time, majoring in Finance with Real Estate option. Applicant must have potential for pursuing a career in real estate. Candidate must have academic scholarship consistent with self-support through work beyond studies and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Student must demonstrate leadership and character, including trustiworthiness and reliability.
