Annual fellowships for graduate students enrolled in studies leading to a Law degree, or Masters degree in Public Administration, Business Adminstration or a related field. Selection based on a minimum of five years of full-time professional experience, academic achievement, leadership abilities, public service, and have membership in the IPMA-HR or be an agency member representative for a minimum of one year. Nonrenewable.
