Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at Blackburn College. Students must have financial need and participate in study abroad and cultural exchange programs. A FAFSA must be submitted. Preference given to residents of rural areas in central or southern Illinois. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
