Annual award for a North Carolina resident who is a student attending Durham Technical Community College in North Carolina. Preference given to students accepted in Industrial and Engineering Technologies programs; students with financial need; and to children of Newton Instrument Company employees. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and be enrolled in 9 or more credit hours per semester.
