Scholarship for college freshmen enrolled full-time at Michigan State University College of Communication, Arts and Sciences Department of Telecommunication, Information Studies and Media. Students must be graduates of Detroit Public Schools, demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and an interest in Telecommunication. Consideration may be given to financial need. Deadlines and award amounts may vary. An essay must be included with application packet.
