Scholarship for residents of Cumberland, Maryland who are full-time sophomores, juniors or seniors at Frostburg State University who are majoring in Environmental Analysis & Planning, Earth Sciences, Biology or Wildlife & Fisheries and/or minoring in Environmental Humanities or Environmental Policy. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA and participate in Garden Club activities. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable. Contact the Department of Geography for more information.
