Scholarship for dental students who have completed their first year of dental school, and are residents of Delaware. Award is based on financial need and academics. In addition to application, student must submit official transcripts, 3 letters of reference, a biographical sketch (including a statement as to why they should be chosen for award), proof of Delaware residency, and specific financial need forms (including parents' statement of income).
