Annual award for migrant farmworkers who are undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution. Students must have financial need, academic achievement, be pursuing a career in teaching, and demonstrate history of movement for agricultural employment. An essay and a recent Migrant Education Program Certificate of Eligibility (COE) must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
