Annual award for legally blind undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution. Students must reside in the U.S., but do not need to be U.S. citizens. Preference given to new immigrants to the U.S. and to New York City residents. An essay and proof of legal blindness must be included with application packet.
