Annual award for undergraduate students enrolled at a two-year accredited Ophthalmic Dispensing course. Selection is based on academic excellence, initiative, financial need, and intend to work in Vermont upon graduation. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
