Scholarship for full-time graduate students enrolled in pre- or postdoctoral programs for research, writing, training, and curriculum development on or related to any of the New States of Eurasia, the Soviet Union, and/or the Russian Empire in the Humanities or Social Sciences. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Selection based on area of study. Fellowships are a minimum of six months. Nonrenewable. Applicants must apply online.
