Scholarship for African American residents of Upstate South Carolina who are undergraduate students enrolled in a an Upstate South Carolina institution offering technical certification. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and financial need. Students must file the FAFSA. A personal essay must be included with application packet.
