Scholarship for Garfield County, Oklahoma who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. Students must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA. Due dates are February 1st for freshmen and January 15th for continuing/transfer students.
