Scholarship for residents of Virginia who are college sophomores, juniors, or seniors who are majoring in Civil Engineering. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Internships are part of the program. Recipients must agree to work for VDOT for a pre-determined amount of time after completion of degree for repayment of scholarship monies. Renewable.
