Scholarship for undergraduate students (freshmen ineligible) attending the University of Washington who are majoring in International Studies, Economics, History, or Political Science, and are applying for the El Colegio de Mexico Summer Program. The program consists of independent study, research, and lectures for the summer program at El Colegio de Mexico, Mexico City. Students must have completed third-year Spanish. Applicants to the Summer Program are automatically considered for this award. Number of awards and award amounts may vary.
