Scholarship for Maryland residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Maryland. Students must be children of deceased or disabled, as a result of military service, United States Armed Forces members; or deceased or disabled veterans; or surviving children or spouse of a September 11, 2001 victim as a result of the World Trade Center in New York City attack or the Pentagon in Virginia, or crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in Pennsylvania attacks, or POW/MIA of the Vietnam Conflict. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
