Annual award for a North Carolina resident who is a University transfer student attending Durham Technical Community College in North Carolina. Candidate must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at Durham Tech. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in 9 or more credit hours per semester, and have financial need. Submit letter of recommendation from a University Transfer faculty member with application packet.
