Scholarship for Delaware residents who are children of state police officers or state employees of the Department of Transportation who died in the line of duty and are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must be enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Applicants must be 16 to 24 years of age and U.S. citizens/permanent residents. Deadlines and award amounts may vary. Renewable.
