Annual award for a North Carolina resident who is a student attending Durham Technical Community College in North Carolina. Preference given to Durham County residents. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at Durham Tech and be enrolled in the second year of a degree program. Candidate must have demonstrated financial need.
