Scholarship for Maryland or District of Columbia residents who are pursuing a career in Business or Education at an accredited institution of higher education within Maryland or the District of Columbia. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have financial need. A current income tax return and an essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients must reapply.
