Scholarship for residents of San Diego County, California who are pursuing a degree at an accredited two- or four-year college or university in San Diego County. Applicant must be over 25 years of age, have demonstrated financial need, and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Nonrenewable; but recipient may reapply annually. Contact the financial aid office or the foundation for more information and/or application; requests made by mail must include a 9"x12" self-addressed envelope with $1.52 in postage affixed.
