Scholarship for female, Jewish undergraduate or graduate students attending Western Illinois University who are majoring in Instructional Design and Technology. Incoming freshmen must have a minimum ACT score of 19 and graduate in the top 50% of class. Sophomores, juniors or seniors must have a minimum 2.5 CGPA. Graduate students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
