Annual award for choreographer and production fees associated with creating a new work at a non-profit dance company. Emerging dancers must be with a U.S. non-profit dance company for less than five years; emerging choreographers must have at least three years of choreographic experience at recognized dance companies, colleges/universities, etc. Applicant must be nominated by their respective dean/department chairs or artistic directors, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Nonrenewable; may reapply.
