Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Valley City State University who participate in the football program. Student must show outstanding exemplification of citizenship, service and leadership, and be a U.S. citizen. Preference will be given to someone from the southern Florida area, but others will be considered. Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information and/or application.
