Scholarship for students of Portuguese-American ancestry who are undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a degree in Fine Arts or Achitecture/Historic Preservation. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Preference is given to students from the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based on academic achievement and artistic accomplishments. Number of awards varies. A copy of parent's income tax returns and a personal essay must be included with application packet. Renewable.
