Scholarship for residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah or Wyoming who are incoming freshmen enrolling at Washington State University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.6 GPA, or a minimum SAT score of 1200 or ACT score of 26 OR a minimum 3.6 GPA with a minimum SAT socre of 1100-1190 or ACT score of 22-25. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
