Scholarship for elementary and secondary classroom teachers and counselors who are employed in the public schools in California and are continuing their education at a college or university in California. Teachers must be PTA members and have been employed full-time for a minimum of three years. Counselors must have a counseling position at a PTA/PTSA school and have been employed at least half-time for a minimum of three years. Number of awards may vary.
