Annual award for freshman with a minimum of 15 credit hours or sophomore with a minimum of 45 credit hours who is attending Missouri State University full-time. Preference given to student who exhibits a record of service, leadership and qualities consistent with the goal of the public affairs mission. Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Due date and award amount varies.
