Scholarship for undergraduate students who are dependents (including spouses) of a member of the California State Employees Association. Students must be enrolled full-time in a college or vocational school. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA. Selection is based on academic achievement, character, leadership, and community activities.
