Annual award for student who is a dependent of a Claverick of Tri-Country Rural Electric Cooperative member that is an incoming freshman student attending Mansfield University in Pennsylvania full-time. Applicants must be in the top 50% of their senior class and score over 1000 on the SAT. Candidate must demonstrate the highest traits of leadership, citizenship and character, and should have been involved in Youth Tour.
