Scholarship for African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, or Asian-American/Pacific Islander students who are Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton, or Washington County, Ohio residents and are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Ohio University.
