Annual award for undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) students enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University College of Arts and Sciences. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be Daily O'Collegian staff members, and demonstrate creativity through cartooning, graphics, and layout.
