Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students attending Old Dominion University majoring in Marine Science or Engineering. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be of sound moral character. Preference is given to a STASR (South Tidewater Association of Ship Repairs) company family member. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
