Scholarship for blind or visually impaired students, or children of a blind or visually impaired person, or students pursuing a career in the education or rehabilitation of blind or visually impaired people who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must have financial need. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
