Annual award for undergraduate student who is a sophomore or junior attending Norfolk State University in Virginia, enrolled in the Navy ROTC Program. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 in Calculus and a 2.5 overall GPA. Recipient must commit to a 4-year service obligation. Award amount is equal to full tuition, books, fees and $250-400/monthly stipend.
