Scholarship for minority, Colorado residents who are undergraduate sophomores, juniors or seniors attending Colorado State University full-time. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, be a first-generation student (neither parent has received a bachelor's degree), and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Candidates must be making progress towards their degree.
