Scholarship for black, latino, asian pacific american (BLAPA) graduate students attending New York University in New York, to study the practice of law in the public service sector. BLAPA Alumni have contributed funds to create this award to reduce the debt burden of second year students who are members of APALSA, BALSA, LaLSA, MELSA, OR SALSA, that have proven their dedication to public service, and who plan to pursue careers in public interest law. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
