Scholarship for residents of West Virginia who are pursuing a full-time postsecondary education or training in Library Science, Nursing, or the Paralegal field. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, financial need, minimium ACT score of 20, and good moral character. Award amount and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
