Annual award for Wayne County, Ohio residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution pursuing studies in Law Enforcement. Students must have lived in Wayne County for a minimum of five years. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, good citizenship, and financial need. A personal statement must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable. Contact student's guidance counselor or the Foundation for more information and/or application.
