Annual award for a North Carolina resident who is a University transfer student attending Durham Technical Community College in North Carolina, majoring in Science. Preference given to students with financial need. Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, have completed a minimum of 9 credit hours in the program and be enrolled in 9 or more credit hours per semester. Submit letter of recommendation from Dr. Jorge Cortese, Program Director with application packet.
