Annual award for African American, Mexican American, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and mainland Puerto Rican students permanently residing in the US who are seniors at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. Students must be U.S. citizens and demonstrate academic achievement, leadership skills, and community service. Due date may vary. Nonrenewable.
