Annual award for employee, or their dependent, of Ashland Chemical Inc. who is an undergraduate student attending Ashland University, majoring in Chemistry. If no eligible employee applies, award will be made to son or daughter of an employee. If no such child qualifies, award will go to a full-time undergraduate freshman majoring in Chemistry.
