Annual award for students pursuing healthcare careers or taking technical school courses which lead to registration or certification in healthcare fields. Applicants must provide a letter of acceptance from an accredited school with most recent transcript. Students should be within two years of completing course work. Recipients must agree to work at Archbold Medical Center following graduation. Recipients failing to work at Archbold Medical Center for the designated period will be responsible for the portion of the scholarship used, with interest. Student must sign a note of responsibility for the full amount of the scholarship plus interest; must be co-signed if under age of 18. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
