Scholarship for Bay County, Michigan residents who are full-time college sophomores and are majoring in Education. Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA. Consideration also given to extracurricular/community activities, an essay, and personal recommendations. Due date is the last Monday in February. Award amount varies. Nonrenewable.
