Biennial award for National Federation of Music Clubs student members who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must be U.S. citizens, 20 to 34 years of age, and demonstrate talent in operatic voice. An audition is required. A $10 entry fee applies.
