Scholarship for undergraduate sophomores, juniors or seniors attending Colorado State University full-time, majoring in DM, FCS, FSHN, HDFS or OT. Applicant must have successfully completed at least 1 year in college and be involved in community or club activities. Submit one letter of recommendation from a professor or present/past employer. Number of awards varies. Preference given to previous year's recipients provided they continue to meet all criteria. Nonrenewable; may reapply.
