Annual Fellowship for US, Canada, or Mexico citizens who are doctoral students enrolled at a postsecondary institution pursuing advanced training and research in the field of Water Supply and Treatment. Students must be within two years of completing a Ph.D. and demonstrate academic achievement. A resume and a description of the dissertation must be included with application packet. Renewable.
