The Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences Lobster Ecology Internship is open to undergraduates and recent graduates who are interest in pursuing careers in marine science, ecology or fisheries. This intensive field-based research internship in subtidal benthic ecology research aims to support the work of a project on lobster ecology. You must be SCUBA certified and provide your own equipment, except tanks. Dry-suits are encouraged, but not recommended. Aside from working in the field, interns will assist with other ongoing projects, data entry and analysis. Interns will receive a living stipend and dormitory housing, as well as have the opportunity to earn three upper-level undergraduate credits. Two letters of recommendation are required.
